Privacy Policy

1. What data we process
We process personal data that you provide through the contact form on this website: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We also process data necessary for the provision of legal services as specified in the legal services agreement.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes:
- responding to your message and contacting you — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- providing legal services — legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- fulfilling legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
- website traffic analysis via Google Analytics 4 — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
3. Retention period
Contact form data is retained for 1 year from the last communication. Data related to legal services is retained for 10 years after the end of service provision in accordance with Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on Advocacy. Analytics data (Google Analytics) is retained for 26 months.
4. Data recipients
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or necessary to protect your rights in judicial or other proceedings. For technical processing, we use:
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) — website traffic analysis, only with your consent
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and contact form processing
5. Transfer to third countries
In connection with analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), data may be transferred to the USA by Google LLC. The legal basis for the transfer is Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
6. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You may withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Park One, Námestie 1. mája 18, 811 06 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk, tel: +421 2 32 31 32 14.
